Who we are

Lawyers‘ Office Olodar Prebanic & Arela Jusufbasic-Goloman is a successor of the Lawyers’ Office Tkalcic-Dulic, Prebanic & Jusufbasic-Goloman, which was founded in 1994 by lawyer Bojana Tkalcic-Dulic (the Office). Lawyer Olodar Prebanic joined the Office in 1997 while lawyer Arela Jusufbasic-Goloman joined in 2005.

Lawyer Bojana Tkalcic-Dulic has decided to retire at the end of 2018 and consequently, to stop practising law. Lawyers and Partners in the Office, Olodar Prebanic and Arela Jusufbasic-Goloman continue theirusual business and the Office’s practice with their team of associates.

Owing to the founder’s determination to make Office trainees and associates partners in the Office after passing their bar examination and meeting other legally prescribed requirements, the Office has been expanding over time to become a joint lawyers’ office of several partners supported by a number of associates and trainees who make the basis for further Office expansion.

Presently, there are five lawyers working in the Office, several associates and trainees and its further expansion is soon to be expected. This makes it one of the larger lawyers’ offices in the Bosnia and Herzegovina legal environment, which is specialized in legal services in the area of commercial and civil law. The Office’s narrow specialization includes corporate law, M&A transactions, banking, privatization, competition law, labour law, energy sector and telecommunications, as well as dispute resolution and other related areas of legal practice in which the Office has acquired an indisputable reputation for outstanding quality of the services rendered to its foreign and local clients. The Office acts in the capacity of an advisory body to a number of foreign embassies and international organizations and agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it represents a significant number of large international corporations in the areas of finances, industrial and service-related sectors, including banking, financing projects, energy sector, real estates, civil engineering and development. As the policy of our Office does not allow public disclosure of the information related to our clients, the reference list may be obtained on special request.

Over the past several years the Office has been rendering services related to a number of cross-border M&A transactions, privatization projects of large companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, mergers of joint stock companies, real estate transactions and other projects for its international clients.

Rendering this type of legal services, the Office closely monitors the developments in theory and practice of the international law on a daily basis, while its lawyers frequently participate in different workshops and seminars, as well as in international exchange programs for lawyers.
